
What is a good Chest routine?
I only own a 45lb bar, kettlebells, and push-up bars. Can anyone give me a killer chest workout for maximizing strength? I already do 100 pushups, alternating kettle press (dumbbell press equivalent), bellbar push-pull all 3 sets of 10 so I need some thing radical.
do as many wide arm fist push ups without losing form…
then as soo as you do that, get some dumb bells and do butterflys on the floor with them, as many as you want, then….
pretend to bench the dumb bells while on your back….this is pretty good workout
